House Rules - Yes, just one:

We have a no smoking policy – with apologies to all smokers we find that the smoke just lingers on to the inconvenience of others so please don’t smoke anywhere in the building.

Pets:

We regret that we are not able to accept or accommodate pets.

We are keen to meet any individual requirements, so please let us know if there is anything we can help with to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Whatever your reason for visiting us we hope you will enjoy our clean, friendly and comfortable ‘green’ household. We use an ethical buying policy and you will find that not only does your room contain safe, environmentally friendly bathroom products that have never been tested on animals, it is also maintained and cleaned with products that do not contain any harmful ingredients.

Deposit:

A non-refundable deposit of £30 per person is required to confirm a booking.

Cancellation:

In the event of cancellation within 7 days of due date of arrival, a cancellation charge may be occur if we are unable to re-let the room. We recommend that our guests obtain Holiday Insurance to cover against cancellation, curtailment or any other risks to their booking.
